On October 11th, Liang Liming, former Secretary of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the 13th Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, went to conduct research on STL and had cordial exchanges with Yang Weidong, a representative of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress and Chairman of STL.
