On May 21st, Mr. Zhu Miao, Executive Vice Mayor of Jiaxing, investigated the new project and helped solve problems encountered during promotion in Pinghu Base. Leaders such as Mr. Hongtian, Executive Vice Mayor of Pinghu, accompanied Mr. Gao Jun, GM of Pinghu Base, warmly welcomed.

Mr. Zhu Miao acquired detailed knowledge on the spot. What is more, he united the Development and Reform Bureau, Resources and Planning Bureau and Environmental Protection Agency to coordinate difficulties and guide the next step.

During the investigation, Mr. Zhu Miao emphasized that

Firstly, project  inventory management. Analyze project problems one by one, develop a problem list, identify the responsible departments, make regular analysis and judgement, and coordinate to solve difficulties and pain points.

Secondly, the project plan promotes in a nodal way. Further define objectives, consolidate responsibilities, and formulate project planning nodes in a scientific way. All levels and departments must focus on established objectives, lock key nodes, and seize periodic deadlines to ensure orderly progress of projects.

Thirdly, break project difficulties into specialisms. Strictly implement the "project manager" service mechanism; do a good job in tracking and guiding services; timely coordinate the difficulties and problems in the implementation; strengthen the guarantee of land indicators, environmental indicators, and other factors; ensure the project starts as scheduled; and effectively promote the early completion, early operation, and early performance.

The Integration Project of Chemical New Materials and Hydrogen Energy Utilization is an important action for the company to actively respond to the national call and develop the hydrogen energy industry under the background of "Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutral". The project had already held a signing ceremony at the beginning of last year. After completion, STL is expected to produce 40k t/a of hydrogen, 900k t/a of propylene, 800k t/a of polycarbols and 80k t/a of neopentyl glycol annually, which will inject a strong power into Pinghu to build "New Material Industry Base on the North Coast of Hangzhou Bay" and "Hydrogen Bay of China".
