Time is the most faithful recorder, and also the greatest storyteller. On December 29th, Satellite Group held their 30th Anniversary Celebration & Party Building Cultural Center establishment ceremony. Headquarters and all the bases around the world celebrated this monumental day and this festival belongs to all of us. Looking back, STL bravely set sail from the South Lake; and 30 years later, in this place where the dream began, STL and the accompaniers came together to reflect and appreciate the gift of time, remember the triumphs and the struggles, and appreciate that through that dream, hard work and time we now enjoy beautiful future together.

Born with the idea of revitalizing national industry and breaking foreign monopoly, STL has grown into one of China’s Top 500 Companies and is committed to building a world-class green and low-carbon chemical new materials science and technology company. This is the common pride, joy and beautiful era shared by all STL people.

Gather force high quality, forge ahead on the new journey

At the conference, Chairman Yang Weidong expressed his gratitude to the people from all walks of life who cared and supported STL, and then presented his report on the 30th anniversary of the development of the Satellite Group. Chairman Yang expressed his sincere congratulations to all the employees who won the 30th anniversary staff awards, and also sent the warmest applause to the STL employees who have been unknown and unrecognized who  selflessly dedicated to the enterprise in the past 30 years. He pointed out that although many employees were not honored due to the limited number of places available, they are also the heroes of STL, and STL will always remember their efforts.

In the report, Chairman Yang reviewed the STL's 30 years of hard work and daring development. He shared that since 1992, in the spring breeze of Reform and Opening-up, STK set sail from the South Lake of Jiaxing, breathing and sharing the destiny with the country and The Times, deeply engaged in the field of new chemical materials, and realized the transformation from self-made original private enterprise to one of China's top 500 companies in only 30 years. Chairman Yang concluded, "It has been 30 years of hard work and unwavering focus on the main business; it has been 30 years of daring to be first and making the impossible possible; it is also 30 years of revitalizing national industry and pursuing green development."

Chairman Yang summarized a series of major achievements made by STL in the past 30 years highlighting eight aspects: business performance, industrial development, technological innovation, digital intelligent manufacturing, safety and environmental protection, international cooperation, corporate culture, and social responsibility. He also emphasized the four most fundamental factors for STL to achieve All-round, deep and fundamentally leapfrog development in the past 30 years:

·always adhere to innovation and change, scientific decision-making board leadership

·always uphold the hard work, simple and enterprising cultural beliefs

·always adhere to the focus on the main business, create a better mission

·always gather a group of like-minded, motivated business strivers

Looking ahead to the next 30 years, STL will continue to understand spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, actively respond to the decision and deployment of the Party and the government, focus on main industry, continue to speed up the high-end of the industrial chain and value chain, break through more key core technologies, resolutely shoulder the responsibility of enterprise beside the Red Boat, unswervingly do a good job in their own affairs, boost confidence, practice internal skills, and steady word first, steady progress. STL will strive to enter the world's Top 50 chemical enterprises, and the world's Top 500 enterprises. Let the rich and colorful new chemical materials have a more profound impact on everyone's "clothing, food, housing and transportation", the construction of every super project, every astronaut's dream, the green water and blue sky...... Draw the beauty of the future together with the beauty of health, fashion, green, science and technology, and contribute STL forces to Jiaxing's high-quality development and construction of a model city of common prosperity.

Finally, Chairman Yang stressed that in the face of new challenges, we should not only stand strong against difficulties and tread on thin ice, but also strengthen confidence and live upward. Adhere to the guidance of Party building, toward common prosperity

In the past 30 years, guided by the Red Boat Spirit, STL has always followed the Party's advice, adhered to high-quality development, focused on the main industry, persisted in scientific and technological innovation, and shouldered the mission and responsibility of a private enterprise. At the ceremony, the STL Group Party building Culture Center was officially unveiled, creating a more solid position for the high-quality development of the party building leading enterprise.

The 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that achieving common prosperity for all the people is one of the essential requirements of Chinese-style modernization. Zhejiang Province is a demonstration zone for high-quality development and common prosperity. Jiaxing as the birthplace of the CPC, shoulders the solemn mission of "high-quality development and common prosperity model city".

In the past 30 years, every time the call to come forward, STL was there to shoulder the responsibility and shoulder the figure. At the ceremony, the Satellite Group's first named public welfare fund "Satellite Group Common Prosperity Public Welfare Fund" was officially launched. In the future, with the vision of "sharing the beauty of chemistry with the world" and the mission of "practicing science and technology for the good and leading sustainable social value innovation with public welfare", STL will actively promote the deep integration of the real economy and public charity, contribute STL power to the realization of common prosperity.

Gratitude accompanies, commend the struggle

30 years of development means 30 years of struggle. During the celebration, STL awarded the Group Founder's Merit Award, Group Merit Personality Award, the "Top 10 Outstanding Employees of STL", " Top 10 Cultural Stars of STL", " Top 10 Innovation Stars of STL", " Top 10 Contribution stars of STL", the 5 year, 10 year and 15 year employee awards, to extend high respect and honor to these like-minded strivers on the road of pursuing their dreams. Spread out 30 years of grand plan, they dare to be the first, really do sincerely care for the enterprise, work hard, and champion the survival and development of the enterprise as their own responsibility.

2022 marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of STL.
