On November 8th, Li Zhong, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, visited STL for research. Ge Ping'an, Deputy Director of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Zhejiang Province, Xing Haihua, Deputy Mayor of Jiaxing City, and Shao Panfeng, Secretary of the Nanhu District Committee, accompanied the  tour. Yang Weidong, Chairman and President of STL warmly received him.

During the research period, Chairman Yang Weidong introduced the company's development history, industrial layout, and achievements in the construction of industrial internet platforms. He also reported on the employee welfare system of STL, as well as precise value incentives. Li Zhong has a detailed understanding of the production and operation situation of the enterprise, and highly recognizes the strategic positioning of STL actively responding to the national dual carbon strategy, utilizing lightweight raw materials, and building an integrated chemical new material industry chain.
