On Aug 13th, Mr. Zhuo Weiming, Deputy Director of Standing Committee of Jiaxing People's Congress, Chairman of Jiaxing Federation of Trade Unions, came to Jiaxing Base to conduct high temperature condolence in order to take care of staff as well as doing a good job of heat prevention & cooling. Mrs. Yang Yuying, Secretary of the Party Committee & Deputy Chairman of STL, Mr. Tang Wenrong, Chairman of the Trade Union of STL accompanied.

They came to SAP workshop with easements and warned the staff to take care of themselves. Mr. Zhuo Weiming approved of the rest room, medicine and the drinks provided by STL.

On the following discussion, Mrs. Yang Yuying gave an account of the company’s operation condition. According to the high temperature, STL took measures such as flexible working time and workshop environment improvements, etc. Mr. Zhuo Weiming pointed out that, as the representative of outstanding private enterprises in Jiaxing and pilot unit of Industrial Worker Reform Program in Zhejiang province, he hopes that STL would continue the hard work. He also directed the company’s Industrial Worker Reform work. He emphasized that under the two levels Trade Unions(City & District), STL should accelerate the new construction reform plan which is suitable for itself and sort out the existing work according to the problems and objectives.
