Recently, State Administration for Market Regulation approved the case reported from Nanhu District with innovatively launching the forklift points system management program which achieves the safety standardization management of forklift and accelerates to help enterprises reduce losses and increase efficiency.

Forklifts are the simplest special equipment but have the highest number of safety accidents. Thereare gaps in forklift management which are not conducive to the safety of production of enterprises and the safety of people's lives and property. In order to prevent the risks and hidden dangers in using forklift, and further fulfill the main responsibility of the user, STL took the lead to create forklift points system management program and filling the gap in forklift management, achieving safety standardization management and is expected to be promoted throughout the country.

In recent years, with the support of relevant departments such as the Nanhu District Government and the District Market Supervision Administration, STL had formed a reproducible management model with three-defense integration of motor vehicles (forklifts) including individual, object and technology. This management is led by ES Department of Jiaxing Base and assisted by HSE Department and OSBL Department. The model standardizes and evaluates all aspects of forklift use from the four dimensions of vehicle maintenance, personnel requirements, operation behavior norms, and visual management, firmly promoting the modernization of special equipment safety governance system and governance capacity, and practically implementing the concept of "Safety Is More Important Than Profit".
