On May 9th, Xu Zijia, a member of the Standing Committee of the Huai'an Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Huai'an Economic and Technological Development Zone in Jiangsu Province, led a team to visit STL, conducting discussions and exchanges on strengthening communication and understanding, for expanding cooperation space. Yang Weidong, Chairman and President of STL warmly received the esteemed guests.

At the Party Building & Culture Exhibition Center of STL, Secretary Xu Zijia and his delegation  took part in a thorough presentation of enterprise development, industrial layout, intelligent manufacturing innovation, product application, and other contents, and highly praised the fruitful results achieved in the thirty years of STL. He stated in the symposium that the Huai'an Municipal Party Committee attaches great importance to leading enterprises in various fields and is also very concerned about the development of satellites, committed to providing the best business environment for excellent enterprises. Secretary Xu Zijia pointed out that Huai'an's unique resources, location advantages, and perfect water, land, and air transportation conditions have attracted multiple industry leading enterprises to develop in Huai'an. He hopes to explore opportunities for coordinated development of the industrial chain with STL in the future.

Chairman Yang Weidong, on behalf of STL, welcomed Secretary Xu Zijia and his delegation for a special visit. He stated that STL has always  focused on its main business as well as strengthening its industry. Currently, STL is actively considering the next step of industrial planning, by committing to build a light hydrocarbon integrated industrial chain ecosystem, and promoting high-quality development of the industry. Chairman Yang Weidong emphasized that STL has clearly defined the development direction of enterprises as "Technology Leading" and "Management Leading" and formulated clear plans in terms of scientific and technological innovation investments and scientific research talent incentives. He hopes to contribute strength to the regional economy and national science and technology development through high-quality technical services and industrial chain agglomeration development.
