On May 17th, Mr. Liu Maoshu, GM of Asia Pacific Region and VP of Honeywell Characteristic Materials and Technology Group visited STL. Mr. Yang Weidong, Chairman and President gave a warm welcome.

At the meeting, VP Mr. Liu Maoshu introduced the latest technology of UOP together with Greg Funk, the Global Senior Technology Expert where they discussed the carbon reduction advantage and economic benefits of the new technology. Chairman Mr. Yang Weidong highlighted that Honeywell broke the bottleneck by leading technology, contributing to global carbon reduction in accordance with China’s “Oil Reduction and Chemistry Increasing” Policy. What is more, it also has huge potential to help enterprises reduce energy consumption, reduce costs and promote efficiency and quality improvements.

STL and Honeywell have been collaborating with each other for over ten years ever since the first PDH plant construction with UOP technology in 2012. Both companies hold an open and inclusive attitude on technology exchanges and project cooperation, by being committed to create more happiness for human life with prospective technological breakthroughs.
