On June 8th, Mr. Lyu Zhiliang, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of Zhejiang Federation of Trade Unions visited STL HQ accompanied by Trade Union leaders at all levels. Mr. Yang Weidong, Chairman of STL gave a warm reception.

Mr. Lyu Zhiliang visited the Party and the Masses Station, Staff Library and Gym Club one after another, listened to the presentation of company introduction and the results of Industrial Workforce Construction Reform. He understood various innovating measures such as value incentive and skill incentive in detail. He highly approved of the “Three Channels” in management, profession and skill set up by STL which constantly improved promotion channels and built a career development stage for the industry workers. Mr. Lyu Zhiliang expressed that the whole service process system built by STL could contribute to achieve “Common Prosperity” effectively.

Mr. Yang Weidong stated that as a listed company which started from the Red Boat, STL always insisted on high-quality development led by Party Construction and built chemical new material industrial chain science and technology company based on low-carbon raw material. Apart from strengthening main business, STL constantly introduced talents from all over the world, increased investment in scientific research, and attached great importance to the improvement of independent innovation capacity, which continuously paid taxes for the regional economy, generated profits for the investors, generate incomes for the employees, and contributed to the dream of “Common Happiness” through practical actions.

As the first batch of Zhejiang “Industrial Workforce Construction Reform” test unit, STL always adhered to the “Red Boat Spirit”, integrated the “HE” culture, promoted individuals developing with company and company developing with society, and stimulated staff to create and innovate. STL actively took social responsibility through four projects to build “STL Mode” in South Lake “Industrial Workforce Construction Reform”. In 2021, STL was awarded as the Outstanding Collective Achievements Team in the new era of Zhejiang Industrial Workforce Construction Reform who was praised by the Provincial Party Committee and Government.
